Ralph is the Founder and Director of Castagna Construction, with over 35 years of experience as a General Contractor. His portfolio includes hundreds of construction projects throughout Massachusetts. Ralph is executive oversight on the company's projects. He maintains an active role in Community Service and sits on the board of a number of non-profit organizations.
Abe Hafiani
Abe is President & CEO of Castagna Construction. He is a results-oriented Manager with 25 years of extensive leadership and technical experience. He manages client relationships, assesses value engineering solutions with owners, architects and engineers. Abe also manages day-to-day operations and oversees a number of high profile projects. His background spans both Heavy Civil and Vertical Construction.
Jeffrey Rollins
Jeff is an accomplished project manager, interacting with owners, engineers, subs and architects on a number of projects, including Burlington Fire, Camp Rotary and Gloucester's multi-unit Renovations. His attention to detail, problem solving acumen and relationship building with Subs makes him a valued team member and a project closeout specialist.
