Our Team
Castagna Construction was founded in 1984 by Ralph C. Castagna.
A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Ralph holds a B.S. in Building Construction Engineering, a diploma in Real Estate Law from Lee Insitute and is a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker.
Castagna Construction's success was and continues to be built on the shared goals and values of our exceptionally dedicated team members.

As a team, we are committed to excellence and endeavor to provide our clients with a single source management process that optimizes quality, cost controls and timely completion.
In 2020, Abe Hafiani assumed the roles of President and CEO of Castagna Construction. Abe holds Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and Master of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Northeastern University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts' Isenberg School of Management.
Abe has a broad based, 28-year proven track record in leadership & technical roles, bringing a detail-oriented perspective that serves projects well.
