Castagna has the expertise and flexibility to provide various types of project delivery methods. Members of the Construction Team work together, under the client’s direction, to develop the most efficient construction program.

Depending on our client’s preference, we can provide general contracting, construction management or design/build options.

As the Construction Manager for a project, we generally work with the architect and engineers to perform value analysis regarding alternative designs and construction procedures in the initial stages of design development which enable the architect and engineers to make design decisions early in the project process based on accurate information relative to cost and times, functional and aesthetic considerations.
