WHAT WE DO: CLOSEOUT

As we complete the closeout phase of a project, we take pride in knowing our client received the best value possible and that we shared important and critical knowledge, resources and assistance with the construction team.

After we complete the punch list with the architect, we conduct a final walk through to train our client on all building systems. We also provide warranties and maintenance schedules that will extend the life of the building.

We value input about our performance because we are continuously striving to improve everything we do.
