Castagna Realty Group is a division of Castagna Construction Corporation, founded in 1985, that emerged as a result of the company’s growth in the construction industry. The realty division was formed for the purpose of acquiring and developing real estate, and purchasing investment grade income producing properties. Our first major real estate development project, Seaport Industrial Park in Newburyport was completed in 1988. Today, Castagna Realty owns and manages about 150,000 SF of commercial property.

With over 25 years of general contracting, construction management, and design/build experience in the commercial, industrial, and institutional markets, Castagna Realty is uniquely positioned to develop and acquire properties that produce a high rate of return on investment. In addition, our property management role ensures the attraction and retention of high quality tenants, thereby protecting our investments.
